Random Act of Kindness - Day 7

I was surprised to find myself a little embarrassed by today's act of kindness. I don't know why but I felt silly and I couldn't get away fast enough. I decided to pay for the meal of the person behind me in line at the cafeteria. Luckily he had items that didn't require finding out the weight, so I told the cashier to ring up both. She looked at me weird and seemed confused. After I paid and was about to walk away I told her that the guy didn't know I was paying so just tell him his lunch was covered. Then I high tailed it out of there. It felt awkward but good.
